Moore Benefits will proactively handle all administrative services throughout the life of the plan. While most brokers disappear after enrollment is completed, Moore Benefits increases its interaction. Moore Benefits' extensive suite of administrative services includes:

  • Online Enrollment System: We will track enrollments from multiple carriers in a system, to which you and your employees may have access. For groups where the carriers will accept it, an electronic feed will replace paper applications.
  • Eligibility Processing: We will serve as a single point of contact for all communications with your insurance carriers, handling documentation for enrollments, terminations and plan changes, and serving as the intermediary between you and the insurance carrier.
  • COBRA/FSA/HRA/HSA Administration: We will take care of your COBRA initial notices, qualifying event notices, monthly billing and reporting, and open enrollment communication. For clients offering Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, or Health Savings Accounts, we manage that as well.
  • Claims Resolution: Moore Benefits will assist in claims resolutions, for medical, dental, life, disability, vision, and any other type of benefit you offer. Your employees can have the confidence that their claim will be resolved in a timely and efficient manner, no matter the carrier or provider.
  • Live Support: A Moore Benefits representative will be available to you and your employees to address all issues regarding claims resolution, eligibility and billing during normal business hours, with emergency access after-hours and on weekends.
  • Billing and Reporting: You will receive regular payroll deduction reports in addition to insurance premium billing reports and audits.
