Kelly D. Moore, President

Kelly Moore is an employee benefits consultant with more than 20 years of expertise in evaluating and managing a variety of health and retirement benefit plans. She began her benefits career working for a prominent FORTUNE 500 company in St. Louis as an HR benefits manager. Kelly then expanded on her HR experience when she began her consulting career with Johnson & Higgins, eventually acquired by Marsh.

Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Kelly founded Moore Benefits, Inc. in 2001. Her mission is to provide her clients with personalized service and a network of resources, information and service providers. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business management and human resources from Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo., and has achieved the CEBS designation. Kelly is involved in the professional organizations of International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, the National Human Resource Association and the Professional Networking Group.
